The public is invited to Dodge County Childcare Challenges and Opportunities: Starting a Dialogue - the 2017 Dodge County EDA Summit! 


Dodge County will be hosting a collaborative presentation on challenges and opportunities in childcare, including resources for prospective childcare providers. The goal is provide sufficient information on the current childcare environment and available resources to move potential childcare project conversations to the next level in ongoing discussions and planning.


You will hear from

  • RaeJean Hansen, VP of Early Childhood at Southern MN Initiative Foundation
  • Jeff Andrews, Business Development Specialist at First Children' Finance
  • MN Prairie Alliance staff will discuss childcare licensing

Co Rd 24 Culvert Replacements County crews continue to work on Co Rd 24 just west of 3rd St in West Concord.  They are installing new pipe and box culverts causing the road to be closed in that area.  Work is expected to last through the end of the month (weather permitting).
