If a due date falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the effective due date moves to the next business date.
YOU CAN PAY YOUR PROPERTY TAXES:
By Mail
Payments sent by mail must be postmarked on or before the due date to avoid late payment penalties. The best way to ensure that your envelope gets postmarked before May 15th is to walk the envelope into the Post Office and ask them to hand stamp your envelope. Payments must be in U.S. dollars by money order, cashier’s check or by personal bank check. Please make checks payable to Dodge County and enclose the appropriate payment stub(s) from your tax statement(s). Pre-addressed envelopes are enclosed with your tax statements for your convenience.
The payment stub for the first half (or a full payment) can be found at the very bottom of your tax statement. The payment stub for the second half payment is located directly above the stub for the first half.

In Person IN PERSON PAYMENT OF TAXES IS NOT AN OPTION AT THIS TIME, COUNTY BUILDINGS WILL REMAIN CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
Drop Box A drop box has been installed at the Government Services Building located at 721 Main Street North, Mantorville, MN. The drop box is located to the left of the west facing main entrance doors. If you'd like a receipt please write a note on your envelope indicating that you'd like a receipt or leave us an email address where a receipt can be sent electronically.
