Dodge County was notified by Public Utilities Commission staff that the hearing scheduled for Byron Solar tomorrow (as well as the remote-access hearing scheduled for Wednesday) are canceled.   The hearings will be rescheduled for a later date, TBD.  The rescheduling will also mean that the comment deadline will be pushed out further.
