Prior to taking the job at Fairview Care Center as a licensed nursing home administrator, Amy served as licensed nursing home administrator at Grand Meadow Senior Living in Grand Meadow and Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel. She also served as the administrator at Assisi Heights. She has over 25 years of management experience.

Amy said she is glad she chose to go into this field.

“Person-centered nursing care is so important to the lives of our seniors. I have a passion for the way elders are treated and I want to improve the lives of the seniors in our care. Fairview Care Center has been a joy since the first moment of walking through the doors. There is such a caring, professional staff here. When everyone shares the same goal of making senior’s lives the best that they can be, it leads to a harmony that we’re fortunate to have.”

Amy said that she spends her free time enjoying the company of family and friends. She regularly hosts family gatherings of 12 to 15 people.
