Homeowners who rely on private wells for their drinking water supply should test for nitrates on a regular basis. This year, Dodge County Environmental Services is offering seasonal Free Nitrate Screening Clinics at the Dodge County Government Services Building, 721 N. Main St. Mantorville. The first nitrate clinic will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 28 and 29. There will be future clinics at the Dodge County Fair and on Oct. 24 and 25.
